Business visitor stream

As a business visitor, this visa enables you to make general business or employment enquiries, or investigate, negotiate, enter into or review a business contract, or take part in the conference, seminars, or trade fairs (the organiser cannot pay you to take part), or for conducting activities as part of an official government visit or undertake tourist activities. Genuine visitor & family members
You must intend to stay temporarily in Australia and only engage in things that this visa allows. You cannot include family members in this application. A separate application must be lodged for each member.

The person eligible for Tourist Stream (apply in Australia) visa can apply for this visa while they are in Australia.
